    Hello.
I'm going to buy a small car to drive around the city in the vending machine.
I keep an eye on the VW Lupo 1.2 TDI 3L with an automatic transmission.
What do you think about this car in terms of malfunction and repairs of this car?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

In my opinion, VW is expensive to buy but we have many parts in replacements 1.2 tdi works like a motor mower but it is an economical question only how many kilometers a day around the city will pass because if 10 it does not make sense and you freeze cold and how about 30- 40 is ok. Gearbox is manual only with attachments to the machine is lazy but quite durable. Just remember that the 3l lupo is a slightly different design because it is lighter than the usual lupo and there are many other parts available only in aso

Let go of 1.2 tdi poor work culture, 3 cylinders and a small power, and the machine will let you into town 2 kilometers ..
If you want Lupo, but I think it's stupid, then look for 1.4
Personally, I would rather choose Polo or even Golf IV, because Lupo is mega impractical and these micro tdi units are poplin at all. I guess even unrecoverable they are only at once in the garbage somehow yes, i.e. it is not profitable, undeclared bottom? opinions are like that.

If you want a small toy car, go to something like Seicento, cheaper and more enjoyable.
Lupo is expensive and not very specific.
Well, I would not be looking for a vending machine for a city car and it's the size of it.
Search A3 / Golfa min. 1.6 mpi engine and that's it. You can think about LPG
