Hello to all forum members, for a few months I have a dafa euro 6, a second-hand car with a mileage of 320,000, for about 30,000 the engine worked evenly and purred softly like euro 6. After a few weeks, he started to work loud and hard. A visit to the service, no errors, after overflow tests, all they found was the primer pumping too slowly. Replacement for a new one and no improvement, the next day software update and valve adjustment, the engine works as it worked. "Professionals" stated that this type is so and it is his normal job. I would believe it, but I watched how the culture of his work gradually changed. After a month, the oil and filters were changed and the valve clearances were changed again, the clearances remained unchanged, so I guess the problem with the glasses can be ruled out (probably unlikely with this mileage). Another visit to another service ended after 30 minutes, because the computer did not tell them anything. Could someone help me guide me a bit where to look for the reason, because thank you for this approach, the service technicians and the car is louder and seems to be getting weaker. Was it the fault of the injectors?

At the moment I am on vacation, but when I come back, I will try to insert a video, so far before departure, the injectors were removed and I tried to send to the bosch or delphi service dealing with regeneration but unfortunately none in the country (of those I found) have the technical data for daf-a 106 to at least check them for efficiency and tightness or any deviations from the norm. However, what I have noticed recently, it spins longer to fire and after firing it taps several times in the head as if the injections were running dry, there is a check valve through which fuel could escape I know that it is difficult to advise at a distance, but I would like to check the fuel system pressures measured in the service, so they are exemplary, so they probably exclude the supply pumps, they already look replaced and the gentlemen on the site said that there was a service action on them .
1.I would like to ask if there is a fuel cooler in this model? I am asking because the snapping symptom appears with a well-warmed engine or fuel where it becomes non-existent, sometimes on a cold one it is very nice until it changes the dose. I am asking because I noticed a large deposit on injection.

the engine changes tone because the DMCI ECU constantly modulates the injection advance angle and the position of the EGR and BPV valve, depending on the NOX and soot levels in the DPF filter.

Hello, you have solved the problem with this engine. I have similar issues with the work of the engine, the head tears nothing twice, the injections are new, the fuel pump, and there is also a problem with the heating of the car.
