    Hello,
I know that the topic of the legality of GSM repeaters has been discussed many times, but these were posts from many years ago and probably something has changed in this matter, and I've seen so many opinions here (mainly old posts) that I have a confusion in my mind.

On the UKE website you can read that only operators can install such devices, although in some posts I saw that UKE responded to users which devices according to them are "legal" and safe. This is how it is, because one thing excludes the other - on the one hand, independent installation of repeaters is completely illegal according to UKE, on the other hand, there is a "black" and "white" list of these devices issued by UKE?

The second issue is that there are companies that sell them, and even boast of references from many well-known companies, e.g. gsmsolutions.pl. What about the repeaters purchased there? After all, every seller on the Internet ensures the legality of their devices, just to sell, and the user will have problems.

Third question is is it hard to get the device from operators and what are the more or less costs / complicated procedures?

Please help me systematize this knowledge and find a legal solution to the village coverage problem.

There are no legal repeaters. Only from the supplier. You call and ask, the decisions are very individual

This is how companies such as gsmsolutions or dipole operate, which legally sell such devices, and in addition the first of them wavers about how much investment in the field of increasing the range has made (on their website many recommendations from well-known large corporations)

The same as with anti-radar devices for cars - you can sell it, use it not. You do it at your own risk and the punishment can be severe. Devices from the black list are confirmed cases that they disrupt the operation of the telecommunications network and then you can quickly expect a visit, others are a lottery that you will find.
