Opticum X310 - Error Changing Software for Cameleon Card NC+ Compatibility, ALI3510C_GS26301AA

Hello,
I have a question - I have a Cameleon card for NC + and the last failure of my Sagemcom forced me to replace the decoder.
I bought Opticuma X310. Good morning with the current software and card insertion, the channels are arranged as in NC + but I get the error that the channel is encoded.
After reviewing several forums, I read that you should change the soft to one that allows you to read the Cameleon card. The file has a bin extension but when I try to update from USB I get an error.
Could someone help me and recommend some working soft that will allow me to handle the Cameleon card? Relatively shows me the place where I make a mistake?
The current software loaded on the decoder is ALI3510C_GS26301AA from February this year.

As far as I remember there are two types of X310. One is with an internal power supply and the other with an external power supply and they are apparently two different tuners.

As I wrote in Opticumach what the bootloader changed, except to take the money for it. It was written then that there is no return to older versions.

I installed soft according to the link I got, but there is a problem because something probably has gone wrong.
After turning on the decoder, it stands here and for nothing wants to let me go further.
