Huawei P8 Lite Flooded: Kayaking Incident, Vibration Reaction, Unclear Image & Red LED

Hello, I received Huawei P8 lite after flooding. Twitter has flooded as it was on the kayaks. The phone was unscrewed, cleared of moisture, warmed up, turned on without a problem, worked for 5 minutes. seamlessly until locked, after attempting to unlock the phone lost the image, after disconnecting the battery and connecting it the phone turned on but the image was not clear (as if it was snowing) but it still worked without a problem. when the charger is connected, the red LED is on and nothing else, I substituted a second LCD with a broken glass and still displays nothing. Can it still be saved?

Leave it for two days in isopropanol and try to fire it.

And so I did, it now turns on but there is no picture, it charges the battery, connects to the computer, I make sounds, I have to substitute a second functional display, if it does not bring the result then where to start the diagnosis?

I had the same with LG K8 from my father, I was helped by a good IPA washout and improved solder on the socket where the display is attached.
