Hey, Being at work, I looked at the phone for an hour and the phone turned off after a while the battery was 38%, I tried to turn on the button a few times but no reaction, at home I connected to the charger also zero reaction, I connected the laptop, found the phone but I could not connect with the computer (no acceptance). I searched the search engine for Huawei p9lite, it turned off by itself and someone wrote on the forum to tap the phone, I tapped on the table and the phone turned on, surprisingly, and now it is normal. Is this some signal of the early phase of failure or what, because it is probably not normal. The phone is still 10 months under warranty, but the problem is that I bought it while on a business trip in Toruń in household appliances and I live in Rzeszów, I also do not know if the warranty covers me here, but it doesn't matter. Has anyone encountered such a problem in this phone model?

When it comes to RTV Euro AGD, you can give the equipment back for warranty in any store of the same chain. Personally, I would give it back as soon as it appears. If you 'tapped' it was probably not a contact somewhere, then it should work as long as the connection is correct. Now giving the equipment back under warranty is rather pointless.

It's best to report it yourself to an authorized service point of a given brand, they will send a courier themselves and then send it back to you. Why look for intermediaries.
However, as the predecessor writes, when the phone works, sending to the website is pointless.

This is the best, but as long as nothing has changed in the RTV, unfortunately they have to fulfill the guarantee.
