Hello. I have a problem with rdp, namely on the network from the office to wifi, it connects without a problem. However, when I make the Internet access from a cell, an error will appear: Internal error. Free Avast is installed, but I turned it off, the same with the firewall and still no changes.

What about network from the office - the same network where the RDP server is? OK, and this RDP server issues the service to a public address? Do you run any VPN to reach this server?

It is not the same network as in the office. I connect to a completely different location that has a fixed IP address. I do not have a VPN. Added after 28 [minutes]: Problem solved. On the server to which I connected the Gdata program, the client did not see the connection to Gdata administrator. In other words, the server did not see the server. In the registry I changed the name of the server to IP and it moved. RDP works.

What about "network from the office" - the same network where the RDP server is?
