Hello everyone, I have been struggling for a few days with a problem that I can not solve, namely - netia recently exchanged a router for "VV 5822" of the "ADB" brand, since then some applications (clients of some games, Epic Games Launcher, BattleNet) have not connects to the internet, while in others (Steam, browsers, uTorrent) the connection still works fine. I connect the computer with the router using a regular ethernet cable (probably RJ45). I have already turned off all possible firewalls in the system and in the browser user interface (at 192.168.1.1 with user / user login and password) from the router, unfortunately to no avail. Do you have any suggestions, what else I could do to make the internet work again in these applications? Greetings!

Don't turn off the firewall because it's not safe. You don't have ipv6 enabled at your operator sometimes?
Call and ask, yes, ask them to switch you to ipv4
Surely it's not the fault of windows, for example "garbage" in the system?

I don't know, but after logging into the router's web interface using the admin account, I found the "IPv6 Status: Disabled" option in the settings. Is it really the fact that I have both protocols turned on for my operator, can it be the reason for my problems, even though the router's software is turned off?

I doubt I don't really have any garbage on my system. I haven't installed anything that could affect the connections since I changed the router.

And what is your IP now, recognized here, for example:
    http://www.pokapoka.pl/
Because there is no doubt that by changing your router, they also changed your IP - and now the question is whether you have public external or private IP.

It seems that my provider is blocking me from accessing this site, because I can't load it on my computer or phone connected to wifi, and it works normally through the proxy. When I paste my ip address into this checker, it returns "[EXTERNAL]" to me.

it fixed itself (as it usually happens) after a dozen or so days, I have no idea how. Thanks for trying to help and best regards!
