    Good morning
I bought a trimmer like in the title.
Wanting to open the head with a line, the whole line went into the head and now I can not pull it out, and the head still does not want to open. How should I open it?
    I will add photos immediately

Hold the left hand for the larger notch and turn the right hand according to the arrow. Ultimately, it's two frogs and a cat.

Yes, but to open the head you must (probably) press the blocking dynks on the side of the head to turn it.

"It's better not to try it" because this button that blocks the opening is plastic. With the "strength" attempt to open it will definitely fly away and after the head.

I do not know what kind of head there is (photos desirable :D ), but this is the head from your trimmer (photos and description from the net).

And as I noted: press the green arrow on both sides of the head and dividing it like this line (red arrow) pull this "dekielek" (yellow arrow) up (from the look of this head from the photo it seems that "without filming" need to draw ).

I have the same problem with the same trimmer model. I'm adding photos because the situation is ... frustrating. I have read the manual, I tried to put it into practice - unfortunately on the head (see the photo) no buttons are visible - I tried to push it in random places, but it was also useless. The direction of the head opening / closing is clearly visible (again photo) - but in practice ... nothing happens when you try to rotate the head.

Dear forum members - any other practical advice?

These are just speculations, but perhaps you should first press the large head dome (red arrows) and only then rotate in the direction of opening (green arrow). It's just a guess, but it's always worth a try, maybe something will help.

I have a similar trimmer and in my opinion the answer has already fallen on this topic. With one hand you have to hold the larger part of the corrugated part, then turn the head according to the arrow. There are quite small snaps there. If the trimmer is new or you get some sand there, it's a bit hard to go. There is no other option.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the NAC TE25-J electric trimmer, specifically addressing issues related to opening the trimmer head for line retrieval. Users suggest that the head can be opened by turning it counterclockwise while pressing a blocking mechanism on the side. However, some users report difficulty in unscrewing the head, even after following the pictograms indicating the correct direction. Additional advice includes holding the larger part of the head while attempting to turn it, and ensuring that no debris is obstructing the mechanism. Users express frustration over the lack of visible buttons and the challenge of retrieving the line that has become stuck inside the head.
