I have a problem with samsung galaxy j5. I flooded it some time ago and the screen does not work. When I try to turn it on, I hear the sound of turning on and there are vibrations, but nothing appears on the screen, it's still black. I wanted to recover photos from the phone, however, after connecting it to the computer, I see it as a portable media player and I do not have access to any files. I tried to connect through the samsung kies 3 program, but despite seeing it, I get the message: "Connected device is locked. Enter the password on the connected device". I understand that it can be a pin (despite the fact that when using the phone I had not set the pin input). Is there a way to unlock the phone by the computer?
