    Good morning

I was wondering where to put this topic because I do not know what is the cause of my problem. Well, I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 phone. I take photos and record videos - they land on the memory card and here a problem arises, more precisely with video files. On the phone they are normally available, I can watch them etc., but when I connect the phone to a laptop, only photos are visible on the memory card. Zero traces of video files. Searching by name on the whole card and phone and displaying hidden files did not help. As if they were not there at all. You can't see them on another computer either.
What could be the problem? Card? Telephone? Any hidden settings?

I will be very grateful for your help, because I do not hide that I care about ripping these files.

Maybe your movies are still saving in the phone's memory. In most androids, movies are saved in the photo folder, i.e. DCIM, etc.
Another reason may be the issue of the chosen type of usb connection in the phone after connecting the usb cable or in the settings should be the option of choosing mass storage, importing photos, or just charging.

In the properties, file details should be the directory location path. Maybe some "cleaner" application is causing the problem.

Unfortunately, they are also not in the phone's memory. I searched in the path and by name and not a trace. I have no idea where they are then. The connection type is also good. I even took out the card itself and nothing. I'll do something tomorrow. Maybe something with some applications.

However, I think the application was interfering. After uninstalling Clean Master, after connecting the phone still could not see the files, but when I removed the memory card from the phone separately it then surprised.
A strange problem, but it was solved :) Thanks!
