So you have an access point - the problem is probably an unconfigured webcam. Other IPs. You have everything you need to run it.

I can choose either LAN or connection configurations. After clicking on LAN, it does not search for anything for me (phone with the application connected to the internet generated by the second one and connected to the camera), when setting the network, I enter the login and password for the internet to which I have connected the phone and for a minute looks for a connection and finds nothing ... .

The camera will not connect to Wi-Fi without entering the password. You have to send the password to the camera somehow. Link to the FAQ on the manufacturer's website:
