    Hello,
for some time, every time I start the car, a message pops up:
Turning Off Start-up Message in A3 8P Manual using VCDS Software and 6-speed Transmission
How can I turn it off? I have an interface with VCDS software. The car has a normal transmission, a 6-speed transmission.

So you have VCDS, so where is the problem?
    He suggests when coding.
Connect to the meter. The coding is 5 digits xxxxx.
    The first two are equipment.
Add 02 to the current one, i.e. you have e.g. 12345 then change to 14345. You have 08345, change to 10345, you have 10345 then change to 12345 etc.
Enter the encoding you have right now.

And where to look for it, in what position in VCDS? Don't be offended but I'm a beginner in these matters.

You connect to the meter, i.e. choose the address meter 17.
Later, when it connects, it will show you the meter number 8P0920xxx, VIN number of the car and below on the right you can choose something like coding (address 07). You choose coding and change what I wrote earlier there, before changing what you write there.
Below is an example, but in English, the addresses are identical, Coding [07] and the current coding can be seen on the top left, Soft Coding, VAG Number is the driver number with which you connected and there you should see No. 8P0 920 XXX and in these empty windows below you will see VIN of the car.

    8P0 920 930 QX
    Software Coding: 0000001
    WorkShop Code: 11111
    Importer Number: 111
    Equipment Number: 11111

    Try encoding: 04000
Write what you miss after setting this encoding.
Do you have cornering lights, control of unfastened belts, 4-wheel drive?

I used to have a vag commander and since then I have it so hard, I never had a vending machine in this car, only a normal manual and I know that this message is only in vending machines
