Audi A6 C6 2.7tdi 2008: Engine Controller Recoding for Manual Transmission, ABS, & Multitronik

Hello, I have to re-code the engine control unit from a car with an automatic transmission multitronik to manual.
Now the encoding is: 0011382
There is no coding helper in vcds so maybe someone can help with modifying them.
However, is there no recoding option and you have to replace the engine controller from a car with a manual?
In general, the car is after the automatic transmission to the manual gearbox, maybe someone would tell you how to handle it. They have been re-coded to manual, can gateway, hanbrake, ignition switch. I will add that it is impossible to remove the key.
ABS and engine control unit coding remained. Is it possible to recode ABS for manual in C6?

Engine There is no recoding option, ABS can only be done after the engine.
