Lenovo K5 Shut Off & Won't Restart: Powerbank Cellularline 7800mAh Charging 2 Phones Issue

Powerbank Cellularline 7800mah-28.08wh, input: 5v 2a, output (usb1 + usb2): 5v 2.1a max, plugged into the power supply. At the same time, I connected two phones to it: Lenovo K5 and iPhone 7. At some point, the K5 turned off and does not restart. When it is under the charger, the red indicator light is on.

Is it possible that the fault of this is the powerbank simultaneously charging and charging 2 phones at the same time?

Yes, power banks cannot charge phones and be charged at the same time. Fully charge it, disconnect the charger and then try to connect the phone. Greetings

I fully charged Lenovo and it started. I am not going to use the bank that way. Thanks for the help.
