[Solved] Lenovo K5 - Change of icons on the notification screen and problem with the driv

Hello,
I got a Lenovo K5. Overall, I'm happy, although I have two clashes:
1.Can it be possible to change the icons at the top of the screen on the screen of notifications, WiFi, data, etc on this phone? Are they factory-fitted and impossible to change ?.
2.I have a Windows XP computer. After connecting via USB cable the system found this virtual cd-rom with USB drivers, I installed them. Unfortunately, each time you connect, the computer does not see the phone's memory and wants to install drivers from the Internet. Can anything be done about it?
