You wrote the theoretical possibilities well. Ferguson has little or no support. What's newer soft is something improved and something kicked. YT often changes broadcasts and necessary fixes in the software and they are not there. For example, they make a file into the Cryptobox and upload the file itself, and it works quite well without changing the software. Besides, these "gadgets" are only an addition to the tuner and will not be as good as what is in a computer or laptop.
How many TV sets have stopped receiving YT and there will be no support.

I was 102E. Support for Ferguson is meager and if they write it, it's even worse.
Probably neither YT nor YP is working.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Ferguson Ariva 253 Combo satellite receiver, focusing on its software versions and YouTube support. Users report issues with the newer software versions, particularly V1.33B1 and V1.33B2, which have caused instability and freezing of channels. The older version, V1.31B1, is preferred for its reliability, especially with the CI module for Cyfrowy Polsat. Users express frustration over the lack of support from Ferguson, noting that many features, including YouTube access, are inadequate. Recent updates have been released, but their effectiveness remains questionable, with some users reverting to previous versions for better performance.
