Hello. About x years ago (maybe it will be over 2 years - I can't find a receipt) I bought a repeater as in the subject. It worked very well the internet was on the floor and in the garden everything worked. Sometimes you had to push it a little bit because it sometimes had problems catching the jammed Scrap Box from the company with the orange name. I would be more inclined to bitter grapefruit seeing sad men behind the desk trying to help in difficult times. But let's skip the operator and its powerful router the size of a typical tile.

Netis how it worked, it worked like they say "What father is such a son" and since the main router cannot synchronize with the telephone network, I don't expect much from the wifi amplifier. Every now and then when it crashed I reset it to factory settings as soft reset didn't help. Unfortunately, I turn on the TV today and there is no network access (connect the network cable). So I held the button to reset. But even before and after the reset, nothing happens after connecting the purple light is on for a long time, it starts flashing over and over again. When connected to a computer, it tries to find (connect) the next message "cable disconnected" these two messages are looping.

I would also like to point out that the operator has updated the main router itself (I am hacked, but they will always find a point written in micro font to protect the client against any change of operator) and since then I had problems with the D-Link router but this could be brought back to action. Netis after this update somehow only worked so now it suddenly stopped working.

I would like to ask for some tips on what to do to reset or upload the firmware (or hammer reset, but leave it at the end). Routers get up after uploading the software via tftp and here I unfortunately don't know. I don't think anything beyond the ETH socket could be placed there.

    Greetings.

Unfortunately, it is not detected by either a computer with wifi, a laptop or an Android device. I don't know what could happen. I could expect something like this after the storm. And suddenly it stopped working by itself.

Hello. We found the guilty person after unfolding the device. The blown capacitor was at the power section. The device works, it can last for another 2 years. Thank you for your comments on the subject and I leave a solution for the future. Greetings.

In the photo I have marked a 10v 670uF capacitor that has been damaged.
