    The recorder has redirected ports:
    TCP - 8101
    HTTP - 1111

Logging in from a different IP address while at home, I remotely access the Loco M5 antenna via port 9999. Via IE browser via port 1111 I access the recorder, I cannot see the cameras but it works. On the other hand, via Android (XmEYE, gDMSS, SuperLivePro and many others) I cannot log in via port 8101, I also tried ports 5000 and 47299.

With FreePortScanner I checked the external address to which ports 1111/8101 are redirected and the ports are open.

I am asking for advice or some tips. Thank you.

Little info. What ISP, is there an external IP?
    Also redirect the rtsp port.
Scan from the outside with Zenmap with the "All tcp ports" option

Yes, there is an external IP address through which I can remotely access the Loco M5 antenna - the recorder is connected to it (antenna 192.168.123.1, recorder 192.168.123.2). I have never redirected RTSP and various recorders worked fine, but ok, maybe that's the problem.

As I wrote, I scanned the ports with FreeIPScanner and they are open.

ALe is a recorder from a completely different manufacturer (longse)
There you do not use the application as for old recorders.

The Android application for nigo is FreeIP Pro.

WHAT TO DISPLAY ON THE WEB - Do you use IE or Edge?
Have you tried using the Pale Moon browser?

When it comes to WWW, I use Internet Explorer. Everything loads and you can navigate the menu but no picture.
If I use Free IP Pro, I still need an external IP address, is any internet access enough?

Of course you need an external IP address and additionally you need to redirect ports in the recorder. About the cloud Read on eltrox website. They write that the cloud on this recorder does not work.

Gentlemen, thank you for the advice, I was able to start the preview on Android via the Free IP program, but the preview on the IE browser still does not work (I can go in but I do not see the camera image) and on the Pale Moon - I can not log in at all despite the installation proposed by the website logging into the XVR_WebOCX plug-in recorder.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with accessing the GS-M1004NH recorder remotely via Android applications and web browsers. The user has successfully redirected ports 8101 (TCP) and 1111 (HTTP) but encounters difficulties viewing camera feeds on Android apps like XmEYE, gDMSS, and SuperLivePro, despite confirming that the ports are open. Suggestions include checking the ISP, ensuring RTSP port redirection, and using different browsers. The user reports partial success with the Free IP Pro app on Android but still cannot view camera images in Internet Explorer or Pale Moon. The cloud functionality of the recorder is noted to be non-operational according to the manufacturer's website.
