Hello, the problem is the subject. The car does not open to the remote control. After pressing the button on the remote control, you can hear that the engines are working, but the door unfortunately does not open (the car can be opened from inside). I checked the installation and everything looks ok. There are nowhere broken wires. Do you often have problems with damaged locks in this car, like in VW, Seat and Audi? Someone encountered a similar defect? What could be the reason?

Right side front / back. With older models I had to do, but there was no actuator (and here you can clearly hear it in the castle). I wonder here that the car is "only" 7 years old for this fault.
