Friends have 2 such filters. Apparently they can't be unscrewed to replace the cartridge. On the net I found that there are special keys in DIY stores. But what key would fit? The filters have inserts with the designation KEL 161016.

Search alledrogo "water filter key". Also order new O-rings and refills.

Always replace, old seals are deformed.
    Check the diameter at home.

The basic question when they were last unscrewed = exchanged cartridges, since you have difficulty unscrewing it can be thought that a long time ago or someone too tightened - in both cases the rubber O-ring could lose its properties and thus problems with tightness.

Apparently it was 2 years ago. The universal key bought in the supermarket for PLN 10 turned out to be a bit too small. I think these are some very old filters. However, I found a chain there, through which the eye could be threaded M6 screw. I wrapped the serrated part of the filter with a chain, turned the screw firmly and after pulling the chain the filter finally gave way. O-rings turned out to be OK, after inserting new string inserts and screwing the filters everything is OK, water flows better and nothing leaks :D
