Hello,
I am not a GSM specialist, sometimes I pick something and I have a problem to solve. The phone is a friend she got from a friend who used it for some time. A friend bought a new S8 and gave this one to my friend instead of throwing it away. Only the SIM drawer was missing, but that's not a problem. A friend wanted to do a reset, but of course after the reset, she gave her google account details (which the friend does not know) to a friend as she used it before. My friend went abroad for a longer time and there is no way around it. She asked me if there was anything to be done about it. I wanted to install Andka from scratch. I downloaded Odin v.3.10 and the stock firmware for this model. I searched the internet what and how and everything I do as in the descriptions. The program loads the files as it should into the phone and after loading the file with the system when loading the next file (somewhere around 90-95%) Odin hangs and asks to close the program. The drivers are installed correctly, I tried on W10 and on W7. In both cases, it ends with Odin's indignation.
The only thing I don't know is if USB debugging is enabled on the phone. How can I not check it. I suspect there may be a problem here. Is there any way to enable debugging when the system is not fully booted, or some other way to install Android to keep this phone working?
I will add that after incomplete copying of files, it tries to update, but it ends up with "no command" Android. Then, of course, you can run it either in the download mode or in the recovery mode.
Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.
