    Hello,

In a few days I bought a Celma PRCZ 13 IEO drill. I am green in the field of drills and unfortunately I have a problem with installing the drill. The drill is factory-fitted with a quick-release chuck (at least it seems to me). Just like the picture below:
Celma PRCZ 13 IEO drill with a quick-release chuck.
The clamps are hidden, and I don't know how this chuck twists to mount a smaller drill bit. On the handle there are inscriptions GRIP and RELEASE marked with directions. By turning the handle depending on the position, you hear a single click and it does not go any further. If any of you have had contact with this equipment, please give me any advice regarding this handle.
PS A key chuck was included with the drill, but before that I have to unscrew the one attached at the factory. Should the screw in the handle be turned clockwise?

    best regards

The screw inside the handle has a left-hand thread, so you have to turn it clockwise.
Only to unscrew the handle most conveniently, you need to twist it to a smaller diameter and insert an Allen key into it and tighten it with the handle.
When the handle is tightly clamped on the spindle, it may be a problem to unscrew it with your hands.
Ideally, you can still attach a flat key to the spindle.

And what is the instruction manual for :?:
It is one of the best handles
one ring with a click is a lock of the chuck so that the drill does not loosen during an impact, the second ring is slightly twirling, the jaws should protrude out
see the end of the movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFnDhTXgKe8

    GRIP - block
    RELEASE - unlock

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the instruction manual about operating the drill chuck, which is why I decided to ask here.
I've seen the movie before and it didn't help. In my case, one ring is movable, the one with GRIP / RELEASE inscriptions, closer to the hole for the drill, twists, a click is heard, as I understand it is ok. When I try to turn the second ring, the closer to the "body" of the drill, the ring itself does not move, but the entire chuck with the drill spindle. The only thing that comes to my mind is that it is fully unscrewed and you need to use a wrench (I do not currently have one) to hold the spindle and then try to twist this ring to loosen the clamp.

    Hello,
I think I have exactly the same problem, I can turn the ring left and right (release / grip), and I hear a click, but just unscrewing the drill hole is all the time to the max, I can't reduce it
have you managed to solve this problem?

I wrote to the service and got a reply that the handle is definitely damaged. I sent the drill to a complaint and three days later it returned with a working handle. Unfortunately, I did not receive any information as to what exactly was the cause, but the situation was certainly not due to the lack of operating skills, but a defect or excessive "unscrewing" the handle. A note was attached to the drill so as not to twist / unscrew the handle to the maximum.
In any case, the drill works as it should :)

I sent the drill to the service and the fault was removed. I can add that the contact with the service was very good and the service was really express.
