    Hello,

    I do not know how the mode for the blind was turned off.
    When you click the phone, it talks what you click, and then requires a double click.
    Vertical scroll is not possible, so I can not even navigate through the settings.
    The phone was unlocked from the O2 network - English using the code.
    Previously, a generic - basic firmware was flashed.
    ps. "Baba" speaks English.

    Maybe you have any tips for fast? I was close to restoring the factory settings, but I can not rip photos from the phone - the miniUSB socket is damaged.

    Search for TalkBack in settings.

    Accessibility -> TalkBack

    Scrolls with two fingers. Double clicks to enter settings, etc.

    In what folder? No such.
    It started every 3 seconds to turn on the window (in English) "Unfortunately, Googla's text-to-speech engine stopped."
    As a result, setting the settings became impossible.

    My fingers are not fit for this, but it is better than without a hint.
    Is this an infection?
    edit:
    I'm doing a reboot. ;)

    Thanks, @ Adrian4477 . It was about the "Accessibility" folder. I forgot to add that the options were in English.
    Thanks, @Brzymeq . Scroll with 2 fingers in TalkBack mode works differently than normal - there is a huge 3 centimeters deadzone.
