Windows10 - Windows 10 and automatic installation of shared printers in LAN

windows 10 automatically installs all available printers on the network. There is a terrible mess in the device and printer.
Can it be turned off?
Printers do not install if the network is set to public but this is not a solution.

1) Network and sharing center
2) (left) Change advanced sharing settings
3) Private
4) Network discovery
5) Enable network discovery
6) Turn off "Enable automatic configuration of devices connected to the network"
7) save
8) delete all automatically installed printers
9) restart

Network and Sharing Center> Change advanced sharing settings (on left side of screen)
Private> Network discovery
There is a box that says "Turn on automatic setup of network connected devices." Uncheck and click "Save changes."
