Hello.Probably to replace the hana chip. The fault, no picture via hdmi already indicated it. You can change the current system to be sure, 80% to change. best regards

On the monitor via HDMI, it works on AV, you can also play, so if you manage to do without peeling, it will stay completely broken. I just have no idea why there is no voltage on the USB.

5v on usb comes out of this system, check for a short circuit. I don't know what console, but the same is bad. best regards If there is a short circuit, see the pins in the usb as well as the ceramic capacitors at the usb ports.
