I think I misread the system symbol. This is not PEm but PBm.

Problem solved Failed to identify damaged items. PSMN017-60YS.115 - N-MOSFET transistor; and Diode B540C-13-F. After regenerating pieces of burned paths and soldering in the above elements, the vacuum cleaner works I close the topic
