    Hello,
My name is Patrick, I have a vacuum cleaner Hoover Freedom FD22G cordless.
When I put it on charge, the LED turns red, then blue after 2 or 3 hours.
But the vacuum cleaner will not operate.
I tested the motor alone, and it is working.
I don't know how to test the circuit board (PCB) to see if it is OK, or if the battery is bad.
    Thank you for your help.

For testing the circuit board you will need some basic electronic testing tools such as

1 Visual Inspection: Check the circuit board for any signs of damage, such as burnt components, corrosion, or loose connections. Pay attention to any obvious signs of malfunction.

2 Battery Voltage: As mentioned earlier, use a multimeter to test the voltage of the battery. If the voltage is significantly lower than expected or if it doesn't hold a charge, the battery may need to be replaced.

3 PCB Components: With the multimeter set to continuity mode, you can test components on the PCB for continuity. This will help identify any components that may have failed or are not functioning properly.

4 Power Output: Check if the PCB is delivering power to the motor when the vacuum cleaner is turned on. You can use the multimeter to measure voltage at various points to ensure power is reaching the motor.
