I am looking to buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, but as you know, it does not support LTE 800 MHz (B20).
It does not support it, it does not support so many theories. As far as I know, this frequency concerns sparsely populated areas.
But how is it in practice? Is the problem with the net or not too much? After all, the lack of LTE is not the end of the world :)
Do you have any experience with such phones? This is a question mainly for people from small towns, I think, but not only.

    Thanks for the answers.

My woman has this phone, she lives in a less populated area below the city and I will tell you that there are no major problems. We are both in play, I have an iPhone and everything works fine as well as in my xiaomi. The Internet works without any problems both in the city and on its outskirts.

A year ago I used LG G3 and switched to Redmi Note 3 Pro (without B20). I did not notice the differences. Has anything changed in this topic I do not know.

PS I'm from a small town

I am using Xiaomi MI 6 which is also without LTE B20. In addition, I usually have a telephone with B20 with me. Apart from a few places, I do not feel any lack of this frequency. The only problem is with me at home, I live in a house which is at the meeting point of two loaded transmitters and in the room I often can not find the LTE range. But it is not a problem anyway because the phones that support the B20 band are logging in to the LTE Play network, but with such a loaded transmitter and weak signal, the internet is usually unusable. The only option for me on the sensible internet is a WiFi router on the window because it's a typical black hole where the cable is not reaching, the range of telephones and how I wanted to buy internet in Netia they promised that they will call back after checking technical capabilities. I've been waiting for 10 years :D
In addition, if you use Plus, LTE B20 is practically non-existent for you, and other operators from transmitters also broadcast other frequencies beyond 800MHz

Well, you can see that if this is the only obstacle to buy this phone by you then you do not have to worry about and you can safely take :P
