Hello,
I have 3 Milwaukee m18 batteries, in 1 I replaced the cells with new ones and after inserting them into the charger, the red LED indicating charging (previously flashing red / green indicating a damaged battery), but the battery does not charge, after a few minutes with the meter, the voltage on the battery is not at all changed. After removing the battery from the charger there was a voltage of about 15v on the 2 contacts of the charger - photo (it should charge 18-21v)
Can the electronics in the battery require some repair or is there a blockage? I have 2 more batteries where the red and green LEDs are flashing - one has dead cells, but in the other they are operational and equal to 3.5V, all cells should be charged. I am posting some photos. I am asking for advice if someone has worked on something similar or has an alleged cause.
Greetings.
