Title: MAKITA DC18RC Charger Issue: Red & Green LEDs Flashing - Seeking Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone

Here is my problem on a MAKITA DC18RC loader.
It lights up on the green LED and when I put the battery on it it has the red LED which lights up for charging, 30 seconds after the two red and green LEDs flash with a new battery.
Who can help me find the fault on my DC18RC charger

1. Is there a charging voltage without a battery?
2. Measure battery voltage while charging.
3. Measure charging current.
4. Is there a current monitoring resistor?
