Dewalt 105dcb Battery Charger Issue: Red LED Flashes, Not Charging, Eadp-84 CD, Troubleshooting

Start by taking and publishing photos, in addition to inspection, did you take measurements? Do you get voltage at the battery connector? I don't have a manual, but it may be a signaling that a damaged battery is connected, and therefore I don't want to charge it. Maybe some short circuit causes this false alarm and the protection activates. It is difficult to handle something without knowing anything about the fault.

I got a charger with the same disc, I got it from a work colleague but it is damaged, it has burned paths and torn pads, I took it for this part, but first I will try to cover the path and the pads, it may stand up
