    Hello,
I moved to a new apartment, I plug the tv into the "tv" socket.
Scans digital programs - finds nothing. It scans the analog - it found most of those that I wanted, except eskiTV. The same when connecting the cable to the SAT socket.
I thought analog TV was already turned off. How it's working? Somebody knows.

Find out from the administration what cable network provides the signal and you'll know everything.

The first question is whether the network or this socket is provided by the operator or an external antenna, the second scan the digital and analog maybe there is an error.

I understand that you have connected to the socket that is connected to the collective installation, you do not have your DVB-T antenna. Or so?

I scanned the number and analog. It still finds only analogies.

Find out from the manager or neighbors if a digital camera is available, whether it requires an additional decoder.

They are probably programs of the social package left for residents with old TV sets, so that they have something to pay for the RTV subscription. :D
As colleagues have written above, contact the administration.

I will add that some cables transfer the DVB-T signal to DVB-C and place these programs in the hyperband (S channels). If the receiver is not equipped with a DVB-C tuner or there is no automatic switching, the receiver will not notice the signal.

Topic summary

The user reports that after moving to a new apartment, their analog TV is still receiving channels, while digital channels remain undetected. They are connected to a socket whose source is unknown and do not possess a personal DVB-T antenna. Responses suggest checking with the building administration or neighbors regarding the cable network and whether a digital signal is available. It is noted that some cable systems may convert DVB-T signals to DVB-C, which could lead to compatibility issues if the receiver lacks a DVB-C tuner. Additionally, some analog channels may still be provided for residents with older TV sets as part of a social package.
