    Hello.
2 weeks ago I bought a led strip in Biedronka.
I connected it and glued it to the desk.
    I didn't make any clipping.
Yesterday, when I fired it, it only works in pieces.

Does anyone have any advice to remedy this problem or return it?

Thanks in advance for all the answers and efforts.
    Greetings.

I propose to give back and buy a better one. In Biedronka, it makes no sense to buy such things, because there is the lowest quality china with full mouth and I am convinced that if it is new it will work, it will eventually start to flicker ...

It would be good if you show some photos. Is this a Lethie set? And is it a variant with remote control?
In addition, my colleagues rightly note that to give back, I myself have a ladybug tape and beats 3/4 Chinese (by no means the one I have). Perhaps you've come across a faulty art. You are guaranteed with the receipt.

nwm what model it is, but it has a remote control, the power supply is original from the box, it has 5 m and 150 RGB LEDs and it is probably the one that was recently
I can't see after looking closely at some broken places

At the beginning, please correct the spelling, as it violates the regulations and it is very eye-catching. Without information, we will not be able to help. The products between ladybugs can vary and not all are available at every point. Please send photos showing the problem. Also tell me what the power supply is and its parameters. (This can also be in the form of a photo). As for the receipt, if you paid by card, it is enough to confirm it, with cash the chances of complaints are basically zero.

You would still show in good quality in better light how the power supply is connected and what terminals it has. Tell me, is it the power supply attached to these LEDs? Also check that moving the tape in the place of the break and a few centimeters behind it does not change the lighting or work the other part.
Two possibilities suit me here. Damage to the path itself or burnout of the diode, which breaks the rest of the circuit on the +12 line.

    Hello,
I will give this tape back because I think there is no point in digging around with it, and I will buy a new one for the money recovered.

I would like to thank everyone for their help, I close the topic.
