Hello.
2 weeks ago I bought a led strip in Biedronka.
I connected it and glued it to the desk.
I didn't make any clipping.
Yesterday, when I fired it, it only works in pieces.

Does anyone have any advice to remedy this problem or return it?

The products between ladybugs can vary and not all are available at every point. Please send photos showing the problem. Also tell me what the power supply is and its parameters. (This can also be in the form of a photo). As for the receipt, if you paid by card, it is enough to confirm it, with cash the chances of complaints are basically zero.

You would still show in good quality in better light how the power supply is connected and what terminals it has. Tell me, is it the power supply attached to these LEDs? Also check that moving the tape in the place of the break and a few centimeters behind it does not change the lighting or work the other part.
Two possibilities suit me here. Damage to the path itself or burnout of the diode, which breaks the rest of the circuit on the +12 line.

Usually, the led strips can be cut to different lengths, maybe just cut off a piece in the place where the last LEDs are lit, to the place of the next cut, connect and it should work.
