Hello. The problem is that the trimmer does not fire on the old and new carburetor. I bought a new carburetor, spark plug and fuel filter cables. After injecting the fuel into the head and through the throttle, it fires for a while and it's ok. I pumped the fuel with a pump and poured back into the tank, but the fuel does not come out through the hole, from the cylinder side it is dry. Where is the problem?

I've been sitting on it for 3 days and wondering where the problem is! I watched if there are cracks somewhere near the carburetor, but it's ok

I will add that after a long pull on the starter, the candle is dry.

Can it be the cause of an overheated engine and therefore not drawing fuel from the carburetor?

A neighbor told me that the problem may be in the absence of pressure or vacuum under the piston, which does not activate the diaphragm pumping fuel from the carburetor. Now the question is how do I check it? Should I dismantle the entire shaft, etc. and seal everything with silicone?

Do you have seals between the carburetor base and the cylinder and between the carburetor and the base?

The pressure must be checked, because the piston may be "worn". Check the condition of the piston and cylinder through the carburetor or muffler hole. Are the shaft seals ok because they can be the reason that the engine compartment is leaking and does not "draw in" fuel.

So yes. I pulled out the cylinder to check the condition and it's ok, no scratches, discoloration, etc. I have all the gaskets, I added silicone gently to seal it thoroughly and it still did not help. The reason may be the engine compartment, which is not tight or shaft seals. And how to check it?

If the sealants are moist, oily, they are rather leaking and replaceable. The carburetor must be properly (evenly) tightened, of course, using the correct gaskets.

I poured petrol from above into the engine compartment and in a few seconds everything spilled out of the glass by symering where the spike was. I read TC 12 22 7 16 on the simering. So I have to buy one or two simulations, they are the same on both sides?

Which one to buy? One last 16 is missing. Nowhere is this, will the ads above be appropriate?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Leader GKS 330-2 trimmer that fails to start despite replacing the carburetor, spark plug, and fuel filter. The user reports that the engine fires briefly when fuel is manually injected but does not draw fuel from the tank. Suggestions include checking the seals between the carburetor and cylinder, inspecting the piston and cylinder condition, and ensuring the carburetor is properly tightened. The user later identifies potential issues with the shaft seals and considers replacing them after observing fuel leakage. A successful replacement of the seals is reported, leading to improved engine performance.
