    Hello.
    I have a strange problem.
In the Samsung UE43KS7500 TV set, almost every time the gas-electric cooker is turned on (when the spark is turned on), the image disappears for a few seconds (the TV does not turn off, but the image disappears for a moment).
The problem only occurs in the room where the TV is right behind the kitchen wall.
    No problem in another room.
I also have another Samsung TV, and the same thing is happening but only in this one room.
I tried an older Samsung TV and one LG and the problem was not.
So it would seem that the newer Samsung models are more vulnerable.
All electronics in the house had recently been replaced.
The problem, as it was before, remained so.
An electrician checked various power strips, but without success.
    Is there any voltage problem?
Any advice would be valuable, thanks in advance!

Turn on the signal meter in the diagnostics. Maybe the interference is from the antenna. Does it bother you so much? You don't fire the kitchen 100 times a day? If it is possible, try to connect the tv to a different phase.

OK I will check the meter. But what are you looking at? Is the signal level stable or fluctuating?
Maybe it is not a problem, it is not known what kind of problem, but I wonder if it does not affect the lifetime of the TV, besides, I was doing a new electrician to have peace for years and not such flowers. I also thought about the phase, it would probably help, but this is the last solution because it would be a lot of work again.

See signal quality and error rate. You can try this with this phase.

Hello, strange thing, but I actually bought a flat in a block of flats 2 weeks ago. Today I connected the magneto in the stove because it was disconnected earlier because there was no socket installed and it turns out that I have exactly the same effect as in the Lord. In the bedroom, which is the next room, the screen goes out when the spark is turned on in the kitchen. The TV does not turn off, but the picture disappears, the screen goes black and after a while everything returns to normal. TV is LG. Did you somehow solve this problem? Please give me a hint

The problem has been resolved. The solution was where I did not expect.
It turned out that it was enough to replace the HDMI cable connecting the decoder with the TV set.
Apparently there was a flaw, although normally the image is flawless.
    Nothing happens from now on.
I exchanged the cable with another one in another room and now I have a problem there, but much less often, almost not at all.
Probably because it's so much further from the kitchen there.
I don't know if it was only the fault of the cable, but it looks like it.
At least in my case. Good luck.

At my place, the picture disappears on the TV, which is in the second room from the stove. In the first, by the kitchen, everything is ok. I will replace the HDMI cable and see if that made a difference...

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a recurring issue with the Samsung UE43KS7500 TV, where the image disappears for a few seconds when a gas-electric cooker is activated. This problem occurs specifically in the room adjacent to the kitchen, while other TVs, including an older Samsung and an LG model, do not exhibit the same issue. Users suggest checking the signal meter for interference and consider the possibility of connecting the TV to a different electrical phase. One user resolved a similar issue by replacing the HDMI cable connecting their decoder to the TV, indicating that cable quality may impact performance. Others plan to try replacing their HDMI cables as well to see if it alleviates the problem.
