Hello, it's great that it works flawlessly for 5 years, as long as it continues to work for a long time. The service technician, what the boiler told me, has been working for 17 years with a friend. Yes, you are right, today I don't think you look at quality anymore but quantity. The service technician, what I had on my car, had another 120l boiler to be replaced, I suppose also from a ball of yellow water! I asked the service technician if I have a new warranty from today for this boiler, he said that it was still on the old warranty, and he did not note the replacement warranty! cash will probably be possible to dream. And by the way, cash in cash and who will return for lost time and water because when you exchange it, you know that the water goes not only from the boiler! best regards and I do not recommend ERMET to anyone!

The yellow water in the boiler is probably the result of a large amount of limescale accumulated in it and the too low hot water outlet. It is enough to remove the heater from the boiler, rinse it thoroughly, reinstall the heater and the problem of yellow water will disappear.
Some time ago I replaced the heater in my boiler (Zelmech) and when I unscrewed the heater, orange water from the stone that was on the bottom of the boiler flew. If too much limescale builds up, yellow water will start to flow from the boiler.

Hello, thanks for the answer, but I do not think that so much stone has accumulated in 5 days or a week. I do not have a heater and the boiler has a double jacket and is connected to the central heating (stove). Regards

    Hello,
The same problem. New Ermet boiler, vertical double-jacket 120L, purchased probably in 2016.
Building after renovation, new installation of PP pipes, a 1 micron string filter behind the meter.
With little consumption (the building was still uninhabited until November), without heating the water, it is red, even maroon. I'm worried about fittings and water stains. I contacted the seller, the producer, I was given a number for a gentleman. This gentleman, in turn, seemed surprised, then put forward the theory of precipitated minerals, ordered to heat the water and drain all the contents. So I heated the boiler twice to 80 degrees (with the heater sent with the boiler), after such an intensive rinsing for a few days of calm, then red again.

After the heating season, I will turn the heater on and look at it again. I am disgusted because I have never experienced anything like this, even with ordinary steel boilers without protection. This is not what I expected from a "solid, maintenance-free premium class boiler", which will leave a rust coating on the installation.

Hello, I have the problem of yellow water after replacing the boiler with a stainless steel boiler. I had a webcam and looked inside, so the yellow water appears to be poorly coated with this food resin, as advertised by the manufacturer. The welds also rust and hence the yellow water. You probably will like me. So it remains to replace the boiler because it is a waste of installation and fittings. My adventure with Ermet ended with a happy recovery of cash for the boiler. I did not recover the losses for changing connections, renting a webcam, etc. I scared the head of ERMET that I would take the case to the consumer spokesman and he probably got scared. Let me remind you that my boiler was still under warranty. After the cash was recovered, no one asked for a faulty boiler and after another telephone intervention in ERMET, they ordered me to dispose of the boiler. Now I have a TERMICA boiler with a coil that I can recommend to everyone! Clean water heats up quickly as described by the manufacturer. I attach photos of the ERMET boiler!

I have the same problem. The new Ermet boiler is running orange. The manufacturer blames the water for iron. But the water is also orange without being heated.

Hello, yellow water, heh ... just a cashback request! I first agreed to replace the boiler, but I got the second one with the same problem !!!
Are they still selling them? After all, Mr. Józek has not been there for a long time, and they are probably sticking those boilers together with a poksiline! Later I bought a stainless one, no one reimbursed me for the cost of reworking, and the lost time and nerves.
    greetings

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with yellow and orange water in ERMET boilers, particularly a 120L vertical double-jacket model. Users report that the discoloration is likely due to limescale buildup or rusting from poorly coated welds. Some have experienced persistent problems even after attempts to flush the system and heat the water. Concerns about warranty coverage during replacements and the lack of reimbursement for associated costs are also highlighted. One user successfully obtained a refund for a faulty ERMET boiler and switched to a TERMICA model, which they recommend for its performance. The overall sentiment is negative towards ERMET due to these recurring issues.
