Hello, my friend has a drive for the Faac's entrance gate, the model as in the photo, he has Hormann at the entrance to the garage, as in the photo, along with a radio controller. He has been controlling both gates with Faac remotes, the problem is that one of them has shattered and is not working. Now he would like to change it and open both gates with Hormann remotes, which also look more solid. My guess is the frequency problem, but maybe something can be done. greetings FAAC Gate Drive & Hormann Garage Opener: Control Both with Hormann Remote

If the radio accepts the remote, move the radio to the second drive and it will work.

The radio is not accepted because it is at 433 mhz and the remotes that the client wants to rip are the hormann HSM 4. I plan to do so, buy a radio https://sklep.bramyautomatyczne.pl/NMH1_HORMANN?language=pl¤cy=PLN such as this and attach them to FAAC gates, I have photos from inside the gate's control panel

It's strange that in this entrance gate machine you do not have a Faac radio, but probably a Multi Shark receiver. What kind of remote controls do you have?

The client is my friend, he does not deal with the gates on a daily basis, but the remotes that he had for the FAAC Pilot XT4 433 RCBE gate and they were coupled to Hormann in the garage via the radio, unfortunately he broke one, he got Hormann HSM 4 remotes and wants to connect them.

I assume the Hormann remotes now work properly with the garage door opener? Well, as you planned it - buy a receiver for Hormann remotes and connect a Shark in Faac instead.

Before you buy something, make sure (unless you already know it) that the machine in the garage works with Hormann remotes. There were versions of supramatica with an external radio and if someone connected the Proxima radio, he could "keep" the Hormann receiver as a souvenir!

All in all, it's better to check the right twice than to get mad later. Checked remotes, you can control the gate, I order a radio and it should work as it should, thanks for the advice.
