Hello. I have a problem with the engine on the Toyota Yaris. After starting the cold engine, the car vibrates terribly. It is weaker until it warms up. I replaced the candles. Compression: 1-11.6; 2-13; 3-12.6; 4-11.2. The head was made 40 thousand ago after burning the nest. The error of the second lambda probe pops up. Could it be a temperature sensor or maybe valve clearances to do?

Vibrations of this engine on idle beig are "normal". The manufacturer set the idle speed very low.

They are not, even on warm (there are gentle vibrations, at nominal 600 rpm when fully warmed up). And the cold "suction" starts from over 1000, even more in the cold, so there is something wrong.
    Is LPG there?
Maybe there is still a problem with the valves (this compression is a bit broken), maybe the timing pulley on the intake shaft is worn.

    Coil cables ??
Look carefully at the coil if there is any small microcrack caused by old age and corrosion of the coil from the inside and in the morning on the cold one may not require.
This can be diagnosed very quickly:
    - start the car
    - disconnect either the coil or the injection cube one by one
    - if there is no reaction on any of them, we have the culprit
    - and then either a coil or a plug and eventually injection if of course the compression is measured well

Unfortunately, the head to work. Valves burned out. I know that these gas engines do not like, but only 40,000 have passed since the last head replacement.

There is a gas producer here who declares that he can handle it. Talk to him instead of having to renovate the engine every now and then.

Can you give me a reference to this gas generator?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a cold engine vibration issue in a 1999 Toyota Yaris 1.0. The user reports severe vibrations upon starting the cold engine, which diminish as the engine warms up. They have replaced the spark plugs and provided compression readings for each cylinder, noting a previous head repair due to a burnt valve. Responses suggest that low idle speed may contribute to vibrations, and recommend checking the engine mounting cushion for wear, as well as inspecting coil cables for microcracks. There are also concerns about valve issues and timing pulley wear. The user later mentions that the head has been worked on again due to burned valves, indicating ongoing problems with the engine's performance.
