Orion 32LBT731 TV: No Picture, Backlight & Audio - VES315WNVS-01-B, 17MB82S, 17IPS19-5 Issue

Hello!
On the TV, the backlight and the voice turn on, but there is no picture. VES315WNVS-01-B matrix, 17MB82S motherboard, 17IPS19-5 power supply. The voltages from the power supply are fine, i.e. 24V, 12V, 5V, 3.3V. The voltage on the T-Con (on the fuse) is 12V, i.e. no 5V voltage and I wonder what it is based on, because I do not have a diagram. SM4108 and 24C64WP are sitting there, on which there is no power. If possible, please give me a hint in this matter. Best regards.

I found a CD25 capacitor on the t-con board and after desoldering the voltages came back but I don't know what to put in because I don't know the value of this capacitor. I can not replace the t-con either because it is an integral part with the panel. Maybe someone will suggest what value can be assumed?

What do you have at hand? 1uF? 10uF?
And how would you move your head and look "in the vicinity" for a comparable, take it out, measure it?

There is no datasheet for this QFN-88 pin SM4108 chip

Usually it rains C connected to pin 1 of this system, unless it is responsible e.g. for:
- for example VONE as is in layout. with Q3 transistor (pnp ala BD140 / ZTX)
* (or HAVDD)



* with t-con 320CODESIGNS4LV0.2 for VES315WNDS-01 matrix
* the same SM4108 is on
- T-con 1CA320AP18S4LV0.1 for matrices: LTA320AN01, or its "analog" TCL LVW320SSTM E1
- TA320AP05 matrix and T-con: A320AP20S4LV0.4

You have to look at the solutions of other systems. DC-DC SM41xx, something was written in this forum
Or similar as DC-DC, e.g. TPS65161, CM501

Draw on a piece of paper the layout of work with this C (damaged) and by analogy

Damage with T-con on this SM4108 is
- usually there is backlight, no image or pin lines on the screen, or a horizontal duplicate image, milky image (image content visible behind a transparent white curtain),
sample voltages from the LTA320 matrix ...
VIN = 11.9V
VCC = 3.25V
VDD1 = 3.25V
VDD1L = 3.25v
VONE = 27.8V - up to 29.7V
VOFFE = (-8.9v) with a minus
AVDD = 15.8 - up to 16.5V
HAVDD = 7.8V
VCOM usually around 1/2 worth (AVDD)
- made on a separate IC SOP10-pin (2x 5pin) code: 043z that is ISL45043IRZ



they usually stand ceramics at 4.7-5uF

Thanks for the hints, Lisek is about voltage VONE on this capacitor is now 29v. I will immediately substitute and check if this Q3 is still not stoned.

CD25 replaced, I put 5uF but additionally replaced the Q3 transistor because it stuck. The TV is working properly. Thank you for your help.

Probably it is not a single case that the CD25 has such logic because I found the same only in the Toshiba 32W3433.

Please, what transistor is used for Q3 on mine, it has the designation O28 and I can't find what it means.

Bonjour, j'ai utilisé un transistor d'une carte matricielle similaire, mais je ne me souviens plus s'il s'agissait d'un transistor NPN ou PNP. Cordialement.
