Change the default audio output to the built-in card and see.

I did so. In the tray I have a TV and speakers. When I connect the HDMI cable, there is no sound in the speakers, only system sounds can be heard (turning up and down with the slider). When the cable is disconnected, the voice from the speakers can be heard.

I don't know exactly what the purpose of such connection is, but you can achieve the intended effect by connecting a laptop to a TV using HDMI and headphones to a jack on TV.

The TV has no output for headphones, the laptop is on the table by the bed so the optimal solution is to connect the headphones to the laptop.

the TV is SAMSUNG LE37A656A1F. It turned out that there is a headphone output on the side panel, but that still does not fully solve the problem because you need to constantly develop a headphone extension cord.

Wireless headphones - they solve the problem of cable winding and unwinding as much as possible. However, the inconvenience is also that the plug from the headphones after switching off the sound on the TV and to restart the sound normally it is necessary to pull the TV out of the furniture and pull the plug.
I think that this problem cannot be solved in the way I assumed at the beginning.

    Of course you can: /
That's what the default audio output in Windows is for.
This is a picture of the settings in the robot, so you can not see the TV, but at home I have a similar setup as a colleague; TV + speakers.

In the office I have 2 HDMI monitors (without sound) + built-in card + USB card led straight out to the desk with a USB cable.

In the sound settings, just set the appropriate device as the Default audio output and it's ready.

In addition, many applications allow you to choose a specific device from the list of available, without changing the default audio output.

It worked. It turned out to be very easy. PPM on the Master Volume speaker => sounds => playback, and there I have a TV and speakers. It was enough to right-turn off the sound on the TV and automatically turn on my speakers. arnoldziq led me on a good track, but thank you to everyone who tried to help me.
    I close the topic.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around configuring a Lenovo G580 laptop running Windows 7 to enable simultaneous audio output through HDMI and headphones. The user initially faced challenges as connecting the HDMI cable disabled sound from the laptop speakers. Suggestions included changing the default audio output to the built-in sound card, which ultimately led to a solution where the user could mute the TV and use the laptop speakers by adjusting settings in the sound control panel. The user also explored alternatives like using wireless headphones to avoid cable management issues, but found that the setup could be cumbersome. The final resolution involved disabling the TV audio in the playback settings, allowing the laptop speakers to function as intended.
