    Hey

Recently I exchanged halogen floodlights "serving" the entrance to the garage for LEDs because:
I wanted to reduce energy consumption (halogen 200-300W)
I wanted to reduce the frequency of exchanging filaments (they did not last a year)

I bought 30W LED floodlights IP66 and after installing 2 pcs in May as of today both have already fallen (LED diodes barely shine)

    Because I do not want:
    generate electro-waste every few months
    waste time replacing floodlights.

I would like to ask you if you know which companies produce decent quality floodlights? I have the same question about motion sensors, which are also probably made of pseudo-capacitors.

    greetings
    Piotr

Search for Osram Ledvance floodlight. Better performance than chinczykow. And the price is still bearable for the firmware. They are also with motion sensors. And if you want to separately, it is Steinel IS1. It is a model at a reasonable price because higher models are already cosmos. Solutions tested in practice.

A few days ago I bought Osram Ledvance 50 W IP 65 floodlight. After such a short period of use, there is little to say about durability and reliability, but with other features already.
The Ledvance 50 W floodlight housing is made of plastic, the tempered glass pane, the aluminum heat sink. Generally, the product looks good in quality. The floodlight gives a lot of light subjectively, but I did not do measurements. I chose 4000 K as the closest to daylight. The higher powers of Ledvance floodlights have a cast aluminum housing, which should ensure good heat dissipation. The 100 W floodlight weighs 3.3 kg.
Ledvance determines the durability of L90 @ 25 ° C for 15,000 hours. In other words, the light beam after 15000 hours of lamp operation is 90% of the initial value.

There is another V-TAC brand, also supposedly good quality, but I bowed to Ledvance due to the higher luminous flux at the same power of 50 W and a higher color rendering index Ra> 80 (V-TAC Ra> 70).

The price of floodlights of both brands - the same power of 50 W - differed by a dozen or so PLN, so I took the one with better parameters, which are declared by the technical specification.

Thank you for your suggestions. So I will try how these Ledvance Floodlight floodlights work. And when it comes to motion sensors, are you recommending something besides Steinel? At the moment I need a 360 degree ceiling motion sensor. Steinel produces something like the IS 360 D Trio, but I am looking for something less conspicuous. It is also important for me to limit the range of detection (recently I taped a flexible lens from the inside).

I use the Zona z Kanluxa sensors in two places on my own outside under the soffit. I will not say that this is a top quality, but for me it's not a problem to change the sensor for 30 years for a few years. Possibly in black, the equivalent of Orno OR-CR-203B. As for their price they are decent. It's just that with adjustable range and angle of action in them poorly, only sizing, etc.

This morning I installed two 20W 3000K Osram Ledvance floodlights and the Steinel IS 360-3 motion sensor. I will let you know how long they will last. Unless then there will be no portal elektroda.pl ;)

Thank you for the hints and greetings

I would like to know your opinion: what to buy
    1) 30W SMD floodlight cold color, black housing from eco-ray company? product code: EKO-NE30W-BL-CW
    2) ANTRA LED30W-NW GR LED floodlight 30W - 2300lm from kanlux?

So far, both floodlights work properly without any problems. The motion sensor also. So I close the topic

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

    Both devices:
    20W 3000K Osram Ledvance
    Steinel motion sensor

    they are still working properly.
