Trouble Turning on Minecraft: Launcher Crashes, Unexpected Error, Windows 8.1, Latest Java

For some time I have a problem with turning on the minecraft, the launcher starts, click "play" and after loading the game does not start and crashes and there is a launcher and says:

recently everything worked, now not, I formatted the system and installed the latest java and still the same. I tried on other launchers and versions and it doesn't work either. Windows 8.1.
