Hello, I have such a problem, I installed the gas installation for my car (STAG 200) I want to adjust it myself (after installing it was regulated under warranty, the temperature of switching to gas was raised to 43 degrees because there was a tug after switching) I have a USB cable, I have left from the old installation. I installed the program from the manufacturer's website and the existing usb / R232 driver there, but unfortunately I can't connect to the gas controller, it shows the message "no gas controller"

Measure the actual voltage at the interface socket. If previously it worked normally and is recognized well, properly set port then only remains the controller page. You must be over 12 V. Has the cable previously worked on the same computer? In new computers where USB is 3.3 V instead of 5 V, there are also problems.

What program do you have installed: ACGasSynchro or Stag 200 Easy?
What driver exactly? If you have the 200 GoFast series, you must have Stag 200 Easy, if you have regular Stag 200, then ACSynchro.

Unfortunately, in this case you will not connect. Uninstall the driver and reinstall it, remember to use the same port every time. Do not change the socket to which you once connected the diagnostic interface.
T you have a program to check the chip and driver. All new and should help. After successful installation like in the manager you will see that everything is fine you can set the port properties. This should solve the problem.
