Hello, I have such a problem, I installed the gas installation for my car (STAG 200) I want to adjust it myself (after installing it was regulated under warranty, the temperature of switching to gas was raised to 43 degrees because there was a tug after switching) I have a USB cable, I have left from the old installation. I installed the program from the manufacturer's website and the existing usb / R232 driver there, but unfortunately I can't connect to the gas controller, it shows the message "no gas controller"

Stawpol2 is a common phenomenon is the exchange of communication pins by installers (protection against unauthorized interference).
Many types of programs can be downloaded from the AC website, not everyone can match your driver.
Check the program description for which drivers it supports. Have you set the port and everything as it should be. Check the power supply at the interface socket, often when problems are too low.

Still a small question about the key. Did you have the ignition on? Sometimes you forget about it?

] Is the interface correctly recognized in the device manager? Regarding the port itself, do you have the settings as in the picture?

Measure the actual voltage at the interface socket. If previously it worked normally and is recognized well, properly set port then only remains the controller page. You must be over 12 V. Has the cable previously worked on the same computer? In new computers where USB is 3.3 V instead of 5 V, there are also problems.

What program do you have installed: ACGasSynchro or Stag 200 Easy?
What driver exactly? If you have the 200 GoFast series, you must have Stag 200 Easy, if you have regular Stag 200, then ACSynchro.

Tell me if the computer sees the cable you have connected or insert screenshots from the device manager and port settings.

Code 10 with an explanation and a yellow exclamation mark. So what do you want to connect to when you don't have a com port?

Unfortunately, in this case you will not connect. Uninstall the driver and reinstall it, remember to use the same port every time. Do not change the socket to which you once connected the diagnostic interface.
T you have a program to check the chip and driver. All new and should help. After successful installation like in the manager you will see that everything is fine you can set the port properties. This should solve the problem.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing connectivity issues with a STAG 200 gas controller after installing a gas installation in their vehicle. The user is unable to connect to the gas controller via USB, receiving a "no gas controller" error message. Responses suggest checking communication pins, ensuring the correct driver and software (ACGasSynchro or Stag 200 Easy) are installed, verifying the ignition is on, and confirming the interface is recognized in the device manager. The user is advised to measure voltage at the interface socket and to reinstall the driver if a "Code 10" error appears, indicating a problem with the COM port.
