    Hello.
I have a stag 300 installation installed in the opel vectra b 1,8 vehicle.
For 7 years it worked without any problems and today I noticed that the diode from the very beginning flashes as if in standby mode but even after warming it does not switch to gas. Nothing squeaks just winks.
After connecting the interface, not on any errors.
There was nothing done under the wave.

It simply did not meet one of the switching conditions. You already have to determine which one.

Probably the temperature sensor of the regulator has fallen.

I connected the interface in person and the driver did not detect the rotation.
Ociz, you were right with this fulfillment of conditions.
Strangely, he attached me, so I unraveled the beam but found nothing.
After putting everything together he suddenly hung up and switched to gasoline.
Somewhere, I read to increase the switching threshold, and I had 2.4 and increased to 4.0v and the turnover appeared.
I am just asking for the opinion whether the driver will pull for a long time, because it is probably damaged and it is possible to repair the type of driver.

Where is the speed signal connected? Probably under the coil.
If so, change it. The ECU Pin B2 you have the output on the tachometer, if you step on it, it will not have any problems with reading the revolutions. Only in the Stage settings you have to give a "single coil".
I suggest that you have an X18XE1 engine on your topic.

Can this type of driver be repaired

If you send it to the manufacturer, they will fix it without any problem.

Yes, the signal is connected to the coil and for 7 years it was not a problem.
I am aware that the controller just goes down and it lasts so long.
All in all, the only thing that's still working is the question whether it's going to endure or flop it down.
I also checked new drivers and see that they have the function of isa-2, will it also fit into my old installation?

Yes, but you can not copy old tunes and settings anew, because the whole firmware differs significantly.

I increased the switching threshold from 2.4v to 4 and the revolutions appeared.
The conditions for switching to lpg were met and this is still the case today.
    The driver works fine.

Stag 300 - continues to run smoothly.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Stag 300 LPG installation in an Opel Vectra B 1.8 that is experiencing issues with the LED blinking in standby mode and failing to switch to gas. After seven years of reliable operation, the user noted that the system did not respond even after warming up, and no errors were detected via the interface. Responses suggest that the problem may stem from unmet switching conditions or a faulty temperature sensor. The user later discovered that increasing the switching threshold from 2.4V to 4.0V allowed the system to detect engine revolutions and switch to LPG successfully. The user inquired about the longevity of the driver and compatibility with newer drivers featuring ISA-2 functionality, to which it was noted that while the new drivers could fit, firmware differences would prevent copying old settings directly. Ultimately, the user confirmed that the system continues to operate correctly after the adjustments.
