    BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del
    I have a Toshiba Satellite C850 laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't find a Windows CD or I can do it without a CD. Please help me step by step on how to solve it.

The easiest way was to enter the password BOOTMGR is missing in the search engine on the forum and the friend would get it something like this

Ok, the point flew, I worked, at most I will write here as if it has not resolved.

However, I am asking for step by step - there is no topic, except that I put the Win7 CD and set it in the BIOS to start from the CD.
Tell me, do I format the entire disk with this repair?

Nothing should have been removed with repairs, at least it never happened to me :)
Maybe there is some boot diagnostic system that will check the disk?
There is such a function in Dell and HP.
If you are not sure, you can remove the disk and connect it to another desktop computer or through the USB port to another laptop.

Recently, the same thing happened with the laptop - USB with the Windows installation did not want to surprise, the same with the disc

I inserted another disk (clean) - this error was not popping up anymore - so I knew that the problem was with the disk. I formatted this "first" drive (connected via USB) again, deleted all partitions, created one - put it back into the computer - and the boot clicked the first time.

What's the moral of that? In that case, it's worth starting with the disk.
