I guess the scan is on a different partition than the one you scanned yourself.

Check all the partitions you have on the disk, not just C :.

Hmm, how do I scan these partitions? Then I booted the PC from a pendrive with Windows, chose the console, typed C: then chkdsk / f / r.

You can assign letters to these partitions and scan like c :.

If you do not have anything important on the disk, including recovery, you can delete all partitions from the disk and create new ones during the installation.

Why do you have this unallocated space at the beginning of the disk?

    Because I deleted one today

The problem is that with these partitions, I can't add a letter ... As it is with the C drive:
To remove all of them I have to install win7 (because only there is an option to select and delete partitions during installation), and then Win10

The drive is 100% healthy, which is already in use. It all started after one of the windows 10 updates.
