    Hello.

Gentlemen, there was a problem in the Passat b7 2.0 TDI 140km. Suddenly, after starting the car, the yellow engine light of the so-called "check engine". The car did not lose its power, it was exactly the same as before. After connecting the computer, it turned out that the error P0403 (permanent) was issued. In the first place the same engine controlling the egr valve was replaced, then "check" popped out only after the start, the symbol of candles was also lit and the car lost its power. After going out, it returned to normal, but after moving it was the same again. The next step was to replace the entire egr valve (new, replacement), unfortunately after its assembly the car again crashes P0403 error, the check itself, without any power loss. The whole electrical beam has been checked, everything looks ok.
Maybe someone has a suggestion, what else to take hold of?

Maybe the driver on those pins is bad or the driver itself is damaged.

You also need to check the new EGR. Alternatives often play tricks.

For me it turned out that the new original pierburg (wv numbers grinded) was damaged and the complaint was filed. The old one is cleaned, but sometimes the old man gets stuck.
