I have a problem with the TECH ST-850 controller that controls the UWT 23kW boiler. The blower is running very slowly. Even though the controller display shows 100% of the blower operation, the speed does not change. Turning off the PID does not help. The rotations do not change also during regulation in the manual mode. The voltage measured at the controller output to the blower is 230V. Turning off the airflow in the controller menu stops it. Then, of course, the output voltage drops to zero. The blower connected directly to 230V works at full power. I replaced the STP10NK60ZFP transistor but it did not help. Can anyone advise what else needs to be checked?
