    Welcome.
Again I am struggling with the problem of pcta firing, but now it is a different case as recently.
Now when I start pcta, a blue screen appears to me and nothing else happens. The computer seems to attach, but neither welcome Windows sounds nor any "control" (?) From the motherboard.
At first I thought that the graphics card could have been burned, but would not it be the sound from the motherboard (two signals or something like that?)
I hope that this is not the fault of the motherboard or graphics card, because it is not a small expense ...

    Win 7 professional 32b
    GeForce GTS 250 graphics card
    ASUS p5qpl motherboard
Proce intel core 2 duo e440 (2.44GHz) (something like that)
    MODECOM FEEL III-400ATX power supply

You write in the Hardware Hardware section - you do not specify the hardware specifications - fill in.

Is there a bluescreen with Windows subtitles or a uniformly blue screen without subtitles? POST is performing? Can you enter the BIOS settings?

Control Panel-> System-> Advanced-> Recovery and Run-> Unhide Automatically restart.

When starting the system, press the F8 key - after the selection option appears, select:
Disable automatic restart of the computer after a system failure.

Full computer configuration, including the make and model of the power supply ?!

    1. You changed the screen / monitor ??
    2. Have you checked on another cable ??
    3. The motherboard has an integrated graphics - if so, did you connect without an additional graphics card ??
4 Do you have Beeper ?? you may not have it on the motherboard and you do not have any sound for it.
    5. The blue screen itself ... weird ... with some words - upload a photo

So far, no data to help in diagnosis

I can not enter any settings. After starting the pct, the screen looks like a 'backlight' (black is getting dark blue). The control lamp on the orange monitor changes to blue, which means that the monitor works.
"lights" on the reset shine naturally, as always when firing a pct. - a moment both (green and red, then red disappears and stays alone green)
    I always had Beeper.
I did not change the monitor or anything at the PC.
I do not know if the motherboard has an integrated graphics card.

Remove your graphics card and connect the monitor to the D-Sub connector on the back of the computer.

buddy, I have a question: have you found out what the problem is. I have similarly with my gtx 1050 ti, i.e. after turning on the computer, the screen backlight changes from black to blue, but there is no image. In addition, the monitor reports an active signal on the input, but there is no image of any kind, even a post, and at the same time no whore signal with an error. my computer works normally when I insert another graphics card.
